- Include diversity and variety in your testimonials = different backgrounds, different professions, different problems you solved
- People will be looking to see themselves or their situation reflected in your testimonials — make it easy for them to find this info.
- Even if your target is hyper focused, you can still include variety to make sure people feel seen.
- The goal is to make people relate to the testimonials and feel comfortable trusting you with their money.
